- Oilseeds such as nuts, almonds and peanuts, because they are rich in selenium, a mineral that reduces stress;
- Seeds like chia and flaxseed, as they are rich in omega-3s;
- Ginger tea, because it has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties that help relieve pain;
- Cabbage juice with coconut water because it is rich in antioxidants that fight inflammation;
- Lavender tea, passion fruit or lemon balm are soothing and help promote well-being.
