Witch hazel, cypress and lavender bath is a great home remedy for hemorrhoids, as it has astringent, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and soothing properties that help relieve symptoms, such as severe pain on bowel movements and when sitting and palpating one or more anal intercourse.

To prepare the bath of seat is due:
Ingredients
- 2 liters of boiling water;
- 1 tablespoon of witch hazel;
- 1 tablespoon cypress;
- 3 drops of lemon essential oil;
- 3 drops lavender essential oil.
Method of preparation
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and let it blend. When it is already warm, strain and sit inside this bowl, remaining seated for about 20 minutes or until the water cools.
This sitz bath should be done about 3 to 4 times a day to reduce the pain and discomfort felt because of the hemorrhoids.
