Exercise 3 - Move your legs to hip width and crouch, remembering that your knees never exceed your toes. Do 10 squats in a row, then another 2 sets of 10 squats.
Exercise 4 - Pull your legs apart to the width of your hips, then pull back a little further, tip toe out, then squat. Keep standing in this position for 15 seconds and then make short, up and crouching movements. Repeat this exercise 5 times.
Aesthetic treatments
