This soup recipe for liquid retention is made with pumpkin, celery and tomatoes which are diuretic foods and which therefore help to fight the bloating.
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion
- 1 garlic
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 pumpkin
- 1 stalk celery (with leaves)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- chive
Method of preparation:
Cut the vegetables into cubes and put in a pan and cover with enough water to cover them.
Let the vegetables cook until tender, crush and check the seasoning. The strong, spicy taste of the celery makes it not necessary to season the soup with salt, but if necessary, a pinch can be added. Add the olive oil and garnish with chopped chives.
For fluid retention it is also important to drink plenty of water, about 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day, reduce salt intake and practice physical activity regularly.
