Nomegestrol is a female sex hormone known commercially as Lutenil.
This oral medication is indicated for the symptoms of menopause and irregularities in the menstrual cycle. Its action produces changes in the endometrium (it transforms it into secretory endometrium), thus softening the irregularities.

Menopause (hormone replacement); secondary amenorrhea; dysfunctional uterine bleeding (due to a hormonal imbalance and in the absence of organic pathologies).

How to use Nomegestrol
Oral use
