A great home remedy to end nausea is ginger.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger root
- 1 cup water
Method of preparation
Put the ginger in a cup and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes, strain and drink in small sips several times a day.
Ginger, besides being good for nausea, stimulates the blood circulation and increases the production of saliva and gastric juice, because it has stimulating properties, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, detoxifying and, therefore, contributes to solve the cause of nausea and not just this symptom.
But some care is needed, as this home remedy is contraindicated during pregnancy, because ginger when used in large doses can cause uterine contraction and this is harmful to the baby.
