Foods with more antioxidants are usually rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium and caratenoids and therefore mainly include fruits and vegetables.

To ensure an adequate intake of antioxidants it is recommended to ingest between 3000 and 5000 Oracs per day, taking care not to ingest more than 5 portions of fruit, for example.
