Biological age reveals how the organism is, if aged or preserved, and it often differs from chronological age, which is the age the individual counts from birth.
Biological Age Test
To calculate the biological age, take the following test:
Balance : Close your eyes and lean on one leg, bend the other knee, and do not move your arms. Count how long you can stand in this position.
Result:
- More than 1 minute: 20 years,
- 40 to 59 seconds: 30 years,
- 30 to 39 seconds: 40 years,
- 25 to 29 seconds: 50 years,
- Less than 25 seconds: 60 years or more.
Elasticity of the skin : Pinch the top of the hand, holding it for 10 seconds, then release. How long does it take for skin to return to place without leaving marks?
Result:
- Less than 1 second: 20 years,
- less than 2 seconds: 30 years,
- less than 3 seconds: 40 years,
- less than 4 seconds: 50 years,
- 5 seconds or more: 60 or more.
If the result was not as expected it is recommended to practice physical activity and good nutrition. This pair together decreases a number of diseases, which improves respiratory, lung, and balance capacity and the result of good health can be checked in the elasticity of the skin.
