Deja vu is the term frânces which means literally already seen . This term is used to designate that feeling that one has to have lived that moment before it happened and only realizes it at the moment when things happen.
It's that weird feeling where the person thinks, "I've seen this scene before." It is as if that moment had already been lived before it actually happened.
Because Deja Vu happens
Science believed that the Deja Vu happened when the brain confused a desire with a real event. Hence the possibility of thinking already having lived that moment before. But in fact it was not lived but imagined or desired.
However, the latest scientific research points out that in fact the Deja Vu sensation occurs because the brain checks the memories at the moment the information is being formed. So, in fact the situation has not happened in the past, it is only happening at that moment and your brain, by mistake, is checking your memories and so you have the feeling that it is something of the past.
But that does not mean that your brain is not healthy, it's just a check at an inopportune time and if you do not have it, and you did not even have a Deja vu, that's fine, your brain is still healthy.
