- Aftershave tea: Use 1 teaspoon dried mulberry leaves to 1 cup boiling water. Add the blackberry leaves and boiled water and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then strain and take 2 cups a day to treat diarrhea and menstrual cramps, or apply this tea directly to the wounds to facilitate healing. This is a great home remedy for herpes or shingles.
- Mulberry juice: Use 100 g of blackberry to 1 cup of water. After washing the fruits beat them in the blender together with the water. Then take without strain.
- Blackberry tincture: Put in a dark bottle 500 ml of Vodka and 150 g of dried mulberry leaves. Let stand for 14 days, stirring the mixture 2 times a day. Side effects and contraindications
