These plants also have anti-inflammatory action that help the body to naturally clean the bronchial tubes facilitating breathing and, therefore, this tea complements the medicinal treatment of bronchitis.
1. Eucalyptus tea
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chopped eucalyptus leaves
- 1 cup water
Method of preparation

2. Flock with alteia
