- 6g of mulungu bark
- 150 ml of water
Method of preparation
Place the mulungu bark to boil next to the water for about 15 minutes. After a certain amount of time let the tea warm up and it is ready to be drunk.
Mulungu tea should be taken 3 times a day. But beware, despite its benefits this home remedy can not be used for more than 3 days in a row, its overuse can cause muscle paralysis.
