The Golden Rod is a medicinal plant widely used to help treat wounds and respiratory problems such as catarrh.
Its scientific name is Solidago Virga Aurea and can be bought in natural products stores and in some handling pharmacies.

- Golden Stick Tea: Put a spoonful (of soup) of the dried leaves in a cup of boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 3 cups a day.

Contraindications of the stick of gold
Goldenrod is contraindicated for patients with swelling, heart failure or renal insufficiency.
