Indications
Turner syndrome, growth changes related to lack of this hormone, delayed growth due to chronic kidney disease.
Contraindications
Cancer, renal transplant, allergy to any of the components of the formula.
Side effects
Swelling of hands and feet, irritation and redness at the injection site, tingling in the fingers, stiffness and pain in the joints, headache, vision problems, nausea, vomiting, leukemia and relapse of brain tumors.
How to use
The dose is individualized, but 1 injection daily at several different sites is often recommended to avoid lipoatrophy.
