What are the benefits

The essential oil of ylang ylang is also widely used in perfumes and cosmetics for the care of the skin, hair and scalp. It is also effective in treating acne and blemishes, as it stimulates cell renewal.
How to use
Ylang ylang is widely used in aromatherapy. It can be done during a massage by mixing the massage oil with a few drops of essential oil or in the bath, diluting about 6 drops of Ylang ylang oil in another vegetable oil such as almond for example and then enter the bath water and relax about 30 minutes.
In addition it can also be used in a diffuser, in perfumes and cosmetics or by inhalation by placing about 5 drops of the oil in a bowl of hot water and then placing a towel over the head and inhaling the steam for a few minutes.
Possible side effects
Generally this oil is well tolerated, however if used in excess, it can cause nausea and headache.
