Virosis is any virus infection that is not always identified, which generates symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea and the treatment consists of rest and good hydration. A good way to fight off viruses is to follow medical guidance and make adequate food to avoid dehydration and provide energy to the body to speed recovery.
In the first 3 days of diarrhea you should avoid eating foods that trap the intestine, such as guava and bananas, because the virus needs to be eliminated through the feces. After this period, the symptoms should subside and the consumption of foods that help control diarrhea is already advised.
