Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal flakes
- ½ cup of sweetener for cooking
- ½ cup butter light
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed flour
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Butter to spread the form
Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients, mold the cookies with a spoon and put them in a greased form. Bake in medium oven, preheated for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. This recipe yields 12 servings.
