Indications of Cisapride
Constipation; indigestion; gastroesophageal reflux; anorexia nervosa; non-ulcer dyspepsia; nausea; vomiting; heartburn.

Cardiac arrhythmia; increased blood pressure; increased heart rate; noise in the belly; colic; convulsion; diarrhea; Headache; stomach ache; palpitation; rhinitis; dizziness.
Contraindications of Cisapride
Pregnancy Risk C; women in the lactation phase; history of gastrointestinal bleeding.
How to use Cisapride
Oral use
Give the medicine 15 minutes before meals.
Adults
- High digestive discomfort and gastroesophageal reflux : Administer 5 to 10 mg Cisapride 3 times daily.
- Esophagitis : Give 5 to 10 mg Cisapride 4 times daily, the last dose before bedtime.
- Constipation : Administer 20 to 40 mg of Cisapride 2 times daily.
Children
- Gastroesophageal reflux : Administer 0.15 to 0.3 mg Cisapride per kg body weight per dose, 3 to 4 times daily.
