Self-massage to lose belly is a great ally to lose weight because it mobilizes the fatty tissue, improving the body contour. In addition, self-massage to lose belly helps:

Image 1: Heating
Spread a little cream on your hands and spread all over the abdomen. With the palm of your hands, make circular motions clockwise around the navel, alternating them and then with your hands overlapping, as shown in picture 1. Repeat the movements between 10 to 15 times.
Image 2: Sliding
Massage the side of the abdomen using both hands, inserting them from top to bottom, always pressing until you reach the hip, both to the right and to the left, as shown in figure 2. Repeat the movements between 10 and 15 times.
Image 3: Drainage
With the palm of your hand, make movements from the outside in and from top to bottom towards the groin, pressing the belly and rubbing the fingers, as shown in the picture 3. Repeat the movements between 10 to 15 times.
Self-massage to lose belly along with a healthy diet, intake of plenty of water and exercise results when it is done at least 3 times a week but has better results if you are doing it every day.
