Restasis is a medicine that has the active ingredient Ciclosporin.
This ophthalmic drug is indicated for the treatment of dry eyes, as its immunosuppressive action decreases the discomfort of individuals who have little ocular lubrication and little tear production.

Dry eye; eye inflammation; keratoconjunctivitis.

Burning; eye pain; secretions; itching; foreign body sensation in the eye; stitching sensation; visual changes.
Contraindications of Restasis
Individuals with active eye infection; hypersensitive to any component of the formula.
How to use
Ophthalmic Use
- Apply 1 drop of Restasis to the affected eye 2 times a day. There should be a 12-hour interval between applications. If the subject uses a contact lens, it should be removed prior to application and replaced only 15 minutes after the administration of the drug.
