Mouse bite fever is a serious disease caused by bacteria present in the mouth and throats of mice. This fever infects the man when the animal bites or licks some open wound on the skin, this is also true for pet mice.

Treatment for Rat Bite Fever
Treatment for mouse bite fever is done through penicillin, orally or intravenously. If the individual manifests allergies to the drug, he is introduced to the treatment Tetracycline. The disease can present complications, such as heart problems and brain tumors, and can be fatal.
