Carrot juice is a great home remedy to complete any weight loss diet because carrots are very important for maintaining good health, as their tonic and purifying effect on the liver helps you to eliminate excess bile and fat, decreasing blood cholesterol levels.
Ingredients
- 1 medium carrot
- 200 ml of passion fruit juice
Preparation mode
Beat the carrot in a blender, together with the passion fruit juice, which should not be concentrated, but natural and removed from the fruit itself. After beating well, sweeten with stevia or honey, in small amounts. Take this carrot juice at least 3 times a week for breakfast.
To dilute the juice and reduce the strong taste of the carrot, passion fruit juice was used, but you can choose a fruit of your preference. Generally, orange is also used, due to its vitamins that increase the effectiveness of this home remedy.
