Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon of aniseed
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon balm
- 1/2 teaspoon of caraway
- 1 cup boiling water
Method of preparation
Add the herbs to the cup of boiling water and let it stand for 5 minutes, properly capped. When it is warm, strain and drink then.
