How to use
It is recommended to take 1 diluted sachet in 50 ml of water upon waking or 3 to 4 hours before lunch or dinner. This sachet dissolves easily by stirring the contents with a spoon and so it is not recommended to use the mixer or the blender. It is also not recommended to dissolve the contents in fruit juices, soda, acidic beverages, nor in soups or fatty meals because it can interfere in their dilution, interfering in its effectiveness.

Contraindications
Siluette is contraindicated for patients with chronic intestinal obstruction, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis or any other inflammatory bowel problem. It is also not indicated for pregnant women, during breastfeeding and for children under 12 years of age.
