How to use Nadolol
Oral use
Adults
- Hypertension: Start at 40 mg once daily if necessary increase dose at 40 to 80 mg at 1 week intervals. The dose limit is 320 mg per day.
- Angina : Start with 40 mg once daily; if necessary, increase the dose by 40 to 80 mg at intervals of 3 to 7 days. The dose limit is 240 mg per day.
- Migraine (prevention): Initiate with 20 to 40 mg in a single daily dose, if necessary gradually increase the dose up to 120 mg per day.
