Climene is a medicine intended for women to do Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) in order to relieve the symptoms of menopause and prevent the onset of osteoporosis. Some of these unpleasant symptoms include hot flashes, increased sweating, changes in sleep, nervousness, irritability, dizziness, headache, urinary incontinence or vaginal dryness.
This medicine has two types of hormones, estradiol Valerate and Progestogen, which help in the replacement of hormones that are no longer produced by the body.

How to take
Treatment with Climene should be decided and indicated by your doctor as it depends on the type of problem being treated and the individual response of each patient to the treatment.
It is usually indicated to start treatment on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle, being indicated to take a tablet daily, preferably always at the same time, without starting or chewing and with a glass of water. To take the white tablet marked 1 must be taken, continuing to take the remaining tablets in numerical order until the end of the box. At the end of the 21 day days treatment should be interrupted for 7 days and on the eighth day a new chart should be started.
Side effects
Usually some of the side effects of Climene may include weight gain or loss, headache, abdominal pain, nausea, skin rash, itching or minor bleeding.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated for pregnant or lactating women, patients with vaginal bleeding, suspected breast cancer, history of liver tumor, heart attack or stroke, history of thrombosis or elevated triglyceride levels in the blood and patients with allergy to any of the components of the formula.
