Pimpinela is a medicinal plant, also known as Pimpinela-hortense or Pimpinela-menor, much used to fight hemorrhages.
Its scientific name is Sanguisorba officinalis and can be bought in natural food stores and in some handling pharmacies.

Pimpernel is used to help treat gum problems, angina, diarrhea, wounds, hemorrhoids, heavy menstruation, ulcers, varicose veins and bleeding in the stomach, intestines, lungs, nose, or gums.

How to use pimpinela
Pimpernel can be used in the form of tea.
- Pimpinela tea: Put 1 tablespoon of the dried leaves in a pan with 1 cup of water and boil for 10 minutes. Cover the pan and let it marinate for 10 minutes. Strain and drink to follow.
