Biodofilus is a food supplement that improves digestion and reduces lactose in the intestine, in addition to strengthening the natural defenses of this, also improving the absorption of calcium. It has in its composition prebiotics and probiotics, which act in the intestine in order to increase bacterial flora.
Biodofilus is manufactured by the laboratory NutriMed and contains Megaflora 9 ™, FOS, bifidobacterium lactis, longum, enterococcus faecium, lactobacillus acidophilus, paracasei, platarum, salivarius and lactococcus lactis .
How to take
You should take 1 capsule of biodofilus 3 times a day, before the main meals.

Biodofilus 60 capsules cost between 45 and 75 reais but is not usually marketed in Brazil, although it can be purchased online.
Contraindications
This supplement is not recommended for children under 12 years of age and should only be used under doctor's or nutritionist's instructions.
Adverse effects
In case of overdosage there may be abdominal pain and gas.
