To treat diabetes insipidus in the case of adults is indicated 100 to 250 mg in a single dose and, if necessary, adjust the dose every 3 to 5 days, the dose limit for adults: 500 mg per day.
Side effects
Some side effects of the drug include reduction of white and red blood cells in the blood test, anemia, low blood sugar, reduced appetite, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, blisters and ulcerations throughout the body and itching.
Contraindications
This medication is contraindicated in pregnancy risk C, diabetic ketoacidosis with or without coma, large surgery, diabetic coma, other conditions that cause great fluctuations of glucose, cardiac or renal failure.
