Tilatil may cause thrush, changes in blood constipation, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, increased blood pressure, bleeding in the stomach and intestine.
How to use Tilatil
- For all indications, except for primary dysmenorrhea, postoperative pain and acute gout, a daily dose of 20 mg is recommended.
- For primary dysmenorrhea, the dose is 20 mg / day for mild to moderate pain and 40 mg / day for more severe pain.
- For postoperative pain, the recommended dose is 40 mg once daily for 5 days.
- In acute bouts of gout, the recommended dose is 40 mg once daily for 2 days and then 20 mg daily for the next 5 days.
- In the case of Tilatil Injection, 1 ampoule is recommended, either IM or IV, once a day, always at the same time, every day.
Contraindications of Tilatil
Tilatil is contraindicated in case of history of allergic reaction induced by acetyl salicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including Tenoxicam, or in patients in whom the use of this anti-inflammatory has induced asthma, rhinitis or urticaria in patients with ulcer, perforation or bleeding gastrointestinal and with severe heart failure.
