Spasmoplex is a medicine for oral use, which uses as an active principle the triphosphoryl chloride. Spasmoplex works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts.
Indications
Urinary incontinence.
Side effects
Dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, increased intraocular pressure and heart rate.
Contraindications
Gestation, urinary retention, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, glaucoma, IR, HI and arrhythmias. Administration in children less than 12 years of age is not recommended.
How to use
Adults: One 20 mg tablet once or twice daily, one hour before meals. Do not exceed 20 mg in case of renal insufficiency.
