Its scientific name is Taraxacum officinalis and can be purchased at natural products stores, drugstores and some free trade shows.

How to use Dandelion
The used parts of Dandelion are its roots and leaves for making tea, poultices or syrups, for example.
- Dandelion tea to drop: put 15 g of leaves and roots in 250 ml of boiling water and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then strain and drink 2 to 3 times a day.
- Dandelion poultice for rheumatism: put 3 tablespoons of Dandelion leaves in 500 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. Then crush the mixture, spread on the clean linen cloth and apply on the sore joint.
In addition, fresh leaves of Dandelion can be used to supplement salads.

The side effects of Dandelion include heartburn and diarrhea when consumed in excess.
