How to use Mitostate
Injectable Use
Adults
- The drug should be diluted in at least 50 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride for injection or 5% Dextrose for injection. After this procedure the solution should be slowly introduced into the vein. The recommended starting dose is 14 mg / m 2 of body surface area in a single dose that should be repeated at 21 day intervals.
Breast Cancer and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas
- Administer 12 to 14 mg / m2 of body surface area intravenously, in a single dose, at intervals of 21 to 28 days.
Acute Myeloid Leukemias
- In mono-chemotherapy, administer 10 to 12 mg / m2 / day for 5 days, intravenously, lasting 10 to 15 minutes.
