Taking a laxative juice is a great natural way to combat the trapped gut and bring in essential nutrients that help in detoxifying the body. Ingredients:
- 1/2 papaya
- 1 black plum
- 1 glass of 200 ml of milk

2. Pear, grape and plum juice

- 1 glass of grape juice

- 3 prunes without stones
3. Beetroot, carrot and orange juice

- 3 tablespoons passion fruit pulp, with seeds
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 leaf of cabbage
- 150 ml of water
