Types of Cellulite
Treatment for cellulite grade 1
The treatment for grade 1 cellulite, which is perceived when the skin is pressed, can be done at home with a weekly exfoliation with coffee grounds and the application of cellulite creams such as Vichy's Liposyne or Avon's Cellu-sculpt, 1 to 2 times a day, every day.
To make the home treatment for cellulite with coffee it is enough to mix a little of coffee grounds with a little bit of liquid soap and to rub in the areas with cellulite, through fast and circular movements. This activates the local bloodstream and drains excess fluids, helping to eliminate cellulite.

Treatment for cellulite grade 2

In addition, anti-cellulite creams, such as Savre cellulite cream or Nivea Goodbye Cellulite, for example, can also be used daily.
The treatment for cellulite of Mary Kay is also a great option as it consists of 2 creams, one to be applied day and night, which help to combat cellulite, as well as the massager that should also be used in cellulite grade 2.
Treatment for cellulite grade 3
The treatment for grade 3 cellulite, which is characterized by the furts on the skin when the woman is standing, can be done with ultrasound techniques, such as lipocavitation, for example, because these devices break down the fat cells that cause cellulite, making with which they are eliminated by the body, also helping to combat sagging, being a great treatment option for cellulite and flaccidity.
