Adults
- Pleural mesothelioma : Administer 500 mg per square meter, by intravenous infusion, for 10 minutes. Treatment should be associated with Cisplatin.
- Lung Cancer : Administer 500 mg per square meter by intravenous infusion over 10 minutes on the first day of a 21-day cycle.
