Normally there is no need for any treatment for the baby's spines as they disappear after a few weeks, and it is only recommended that parents keep the baby's skin clean with neutral pH water and soap suitable for the baby's skin.
Some care that reduces the redness of the skin that arises due to the pimples are:

- Do not use acne products sold in pharmacies as they are not adapted to the baby's skin;
- Avoid squeezing the pimples or rubbing them during the bath, as it can worsen the inflammation;
- Do not pass oily creams on the skin, especially in the affected area, because it causes increased pimples.
