The first step in preparing seaweed, which is usually sold dehydrated, is to place it in a container with water. After a few minutes, the seaweed can be used raw in the salad, or cooked in the soup, in the bean stew and even in the vegetable pie.
Seaweed is a great food supplement rich in important minerals for skin, hair and nails, for example, so seaweed is an excellent alternative to nutritionally enrich meals.
Another alternative way of consuming algae is to add Spirulina powder, for example, in vitamins or fruit salads. There are also seaweed leaves, like the leaves used to roll sushi, but they can also be used crumbled directly on ready-made dishes, such as brown rice or cooked vegetables.
Although seaweed can be used in different dishes in many ways, it is important not to overdo the amount, so follow an easy recipe with seaweed to inspire.
